Blueberry pocket nappies have a "hook and loop" closure (like Velcro/aplix) and are one-size to fit most babies from approx. 8 - 35lb+ They are supplied with an absorbent insert in a hemp/microterry combo which is the ultimate quick-absorbing but slim insert for this nappy.
