Motherease waterproof wraps are one of the most well known makes on the market. I personally found them to be one of the most reliable in my collection 6-7 years ago.
The actual fabric used by Motherease is quite soft to the touch and the Air Flow wrap has multiple popper settings (2 at the waist and 3 at the thigh) to give a wide range of fits. The elasticated waist is particularly comfortable for a baby learning to sit or who suffers from a reflux/stomach problem.
The Air Flow comes in a range of sizes and prints from tiny to potty training. You can sometimes get away with a nappy that is slightly too large but it's essential you choose the right size wrap to ensure complete protection.
Please note that Small size poppers up at the front, the rest of the sizes popper towards the back at the sides.
Small (2.75-5.5kg/ 6-12lb),
Medium (4.5-9kg/ 10-20lb),
Large (9-16kg/ 20-35lb)
and XLarge (16-20kg/ 35-45lb).
