This is a lovely little nappy and in my experience perfect for those babies of a chunkier build! It has 2 popper settings at the elasticated waist and 3 settings at the thigh. This is ideal when you have a child like I did who needed a tighter setting on the waist than the thigh. The elasticated waist band of the Sandys nappy coupled with an elasticated waist band on a wasterproof wrap such as the Airflow or Onelife popper wrap makes a comfortable combination either for the larger built baby or for those with stomach or reflux problems.When the child moves through to starting to toilet train then the waist band can be loosened and the nappy with wrap used as a pull up.
This nappy comes in 3 sizes with the third size called a Toddlerease and it is made in white cotton, in organic and in bamboo materials. Considering the absorbency of the nappy it is quite slim and will need some form of tumble drying if used as a full time system.
A flushable, biodegradable or fleece liner should be used inside this nappy to make cleaning easier and a seperate waterproof wrap over the outside. All of the wraps sold at Honeybees will be suitable but if in doubt then do check with us first.
