We are inviting all families in Worcestershire to come along to what is promising to be a fun family day out at Worcester Woods. The emphasis will obviously be on Real Nappies and why we all love them but there will be plenty of entertainment and stalls to interest everyone else.

Pamper day update
Bookings are now being taken for our pamper day on 15th September for either a head massage or a mini facial - or for both! Do call in and book ASAP as we’ve got very few spaces left as this is proving to be a very popular fundraising event. For those who can’t make it for the actual pampering we have had amazing support from the local award winning Glasshouse restaurant situated in Sidbury who have donated a raffle prize of a meal for 2! We are therefore selling raffle tickets at £2 each so please do come in and buy lots so we can together provide Acorns with a lot of much needed financial help.
Pamper day
Just down the road from Honeybees is the Worcester branch of Acorns children's Hospice, a facility for life limited children and their families. As many of us either working in or using Honeybees are parents we felt that this charity was an obvious local choice for us to support. Further information on Acorns can be found by clicking on the logo. What we are offering for the pamper day are free head massages and free mini facials for a voluntary contribution to Acorns. We are aiming to provide some light refreshments and other “pamper” things so check back nearer the date when we will have posted on here updates. To book a pamper then simply ring us at the shop in advance to book the 15minute slot that you’d like.
Official Honeybees opening party
19th March 2007 was the official opening party for Honeybees. We started the day by hosting Worcestershire County councils Real Nappy week’s main promotional event The Real Nappy Fashion Show. This was supported by local parents with their babies who all love their nappies. A range of styles and brands were modelled by the babies with some impromptu boogying by the toddlers! The party then moved down to the store where we had balloons, drinks and nibbles and everyone who supported me through developing my dream of opening the store partied until late in the evening. Some of the comments from the guest book can be found on the Comments Page
Worcestershire County Council Incentive Launch
We were proud to support WCC launch their new Real Nappy Incentive Scheme at the Real Nappy Fashion Show on 19th March. Full information on the scheme and the necessary vouchers are available in the store or come along to a Nappachino event.
Worcester News and Honeybees get nominated for a national award
We took out an editorial advert for our launch in the Worcester News and were really proud to be informed that the feature was nominated for a national newspaper award with Honeybees headlining the page!
Mums to Be Pamper day
At the end of April we had hot sun locally so we thought about all the expectant Mums who wanted to wear sandals but couldn’t find their feet to give them a make-over! Therefore we offered a free Mums to Be pedicure and / or foot massage at the store on Saturday 19th May 2007. This was really well attended and gave us a chance to try out the idea before planning for our main pamper day to be held in September.......
