How to make a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier, please add any items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart, when finished click on ‘checkout’ and complete the information form. Payment can be made with credit card, cheque or paid for in our store if items are collected. Cheques should be made payable to Honeybees Natural Nursery Store and should be posted to 105 Sidbury, Worcester, Worcestershire WR1 2HU. Please note that goods will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted and only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Delivery Pricing (UK only)
Our standard delivery charges are as follows :-
There is no minimum order charge, and postal prices are calculated during checkout.
We now give FREE DELIVERY for all orders over £10.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to ship all items the day after payment is received if all items are in stock. Most orders are received within 3 business days.
If some of your order is not is stock we will aim to dispatch these items within 7 days of your order. If, in the unlikely event, that we are not able to send your items within 7 days we will contact you.
We will not deliver outside of the UK at the moment.
Back Orders :- If your item is not in stock, we will contact you and back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy
You may return any item purchased for a full refund of the purchase price excluding delivery charge within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us and we will issue a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference. Please return in the condition it was posted including packaging materials and boxes.
Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.
